When you register interest or contact us, we collect your name, organisation, work email address, organisation type and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible pilot or partnership, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and developing relationships with organisations interested in our services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a contract, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including our website host, our email provider and Formspree, which delivers enquiry-form submissions to us. Some providers may process information outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. They process information on our behalf and under contract. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.
